Introduction

  Art is one vital part of life that you may not notice on a daily basis. Though you may not notice the importance of arts, they are a lifestyle category. As a house within this field we know limiting ourselves to just one or two genres within this medium we are doing a disservice not only to us but the world. Over time we will certainly enter into more of the arts, but as of now we will forge full steam ahead with our work with painters, sculptures, digital artists and architects.  

 

Overview

  Through many years of planning, thinking and waiting we have finally worked out the logistics of our amutur and professional art salon. This salon will give painters the ability to sell and/or display their art with complete notoriety or anonymity, whichever the artist prefers. The layout of this objective is meant to be favorable to all parties. The painters will be provided with a plethora of equipment and the ability to create anything the mind and hearts desire. Once work is completed the painter has a choice on what they want to do with the art. They can either keep it or sell it, but because that will be completed in our facilities with our equipment Cyrus Dauphine will take 5% of all selling of the artwork. 95% of the sale will go to the artist. With this salon it is not only intended for artists to do work in our offices but it is also intended to auction off and find buyers for the artwork with an extra 2% of the sale bringing the splits to 93% of the total sale going to the artist. This process is not intended to find the first bidder/buyer but the highest and most qualified. Throughout the entirety of this process the painter will help us decide who they want most to have their valuable work.

  This salon is under the larger scope of Cyrus Dauphine LLC, away from the luxury clothing brand but it will give artists the opportunity to become artists contracted with the elegant clothing brand if they and the creative director would like.

Financial Percentages

  Much like the painters, the sculptors, architects and digital artists will be afforded the same luxuries, the financial percentages are different for each medium. The splits will be 92% for the sculpture and the remaining. Now with all collaborations the company's percentage stays the same and the larger amount gets split between the artists in the salon to the exact number that will be signed on before production. If the artist that will be collaborating with our partner is not a part of our salon then that will have to be worked out between all artists involved. Each artist will be required to produce 10 finished pieces per year. If the required 10 pieces are not met, the contract will be terminated. Any renewal of a terminated contract will be reviewed and decided by the board. The sole proprietor of the company reserves the right to override decisions made by the board. 

 

Employment & Commissions

  Along with all that has been laid out thus far, Cyrus Dauphine will be required to find commissions and work for every artist within this salon. At the point Cyrus Dauphine LLC finds employment/commissions it will be up to the artist if they want the position or not.    Every artist will be under contract with Cyrus Dauphine LLC to protect the artist, company and artwork. 

 

Others

 We are incredibly sensitive to our artist and their artwork, so in the chance that one of our artists is found sabotaging another artist's work. Their contract will be immediately terminated and law enforcement will be contacted. We will take action to the fullest extent of the law to protect our other artists. We are looking to have a safe and fun environment where like minded artist can be in the precise each other
